What would you do? • Professional accountancy qualification like ACCA CIMA ACA CPA AITI or working towards a qualification• • Knowledge of US GAAP Local GAAP• • 2 to3 years of progressive accounting experience• • Strong technical knowledge • Oversee financial reporting and ensure integrity of all accounting principles and procedures Manage core accounting billing cash and receivables processes Ensure compliance with local and statutory tax compliance rules • This is the process of generating financial statements in accordance with client policies and statutory requirements.• Activities include IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, updating notes accounts, XBRL tagging, preparing tax packs etc.
What are we looking for? • • Professional accountancy qualification like ACCA CIMA  ACA CPA AITI or working towards a qualification• • Knowledge of US GAAP Local GAAP• • 2 to3 years of progressive accounting experience• • Strong technical knowledge• • Accounting background with strong analytical skills• • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritize• • Sense of responsibility, initiative, and high-quality work standards• • Analytical and computer skills MS Office Excel Word• • Communication written and oral and interpersonal skills• • Positive attitude and flexibility• • Fluency in English is required
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Analysis of the Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet monthly and support global quarterly reporting • • Involved in the preparation of schedules and working papers for the Financial Statements and annual audit in line with filing deadlines.• • Preparation of reconciliations between Local GAAP and US GAAP Ledgers• • Assist in answering queries from our external providers and providing data as required • • Perform internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Statutory controls• • Meet key reporting deadlines.
