Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia will feature 95 keys and 25 branded residential homes, 8 distinct F&B outlets, all thoughtfully designed to reflect a contemporary interpretation of the Dominican Republic’s natural beauty. Wellness will be a defining pillar of the property, delivering a holistic experience that harmonizes with the natural environment while enhancing overall wellbeing through the restorative power of nature. The sustainable luxury destination is located on a 60-acre (24 hectare) site along the pristine beachfront of Playa Esmeralda in northeastern Dominican Republic, along the southern shores of Samaná Bay. A site of breathtaking natural beauty, Tropicalia is home to a diverse ecosystem of white-sand beaches; crystalline, aquamarine water and coral reefs; mountains, forests, mangroves, lagoons and rivers; a working coconut plantation; and an organic farm.About the Role:
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is seeking a Credit Manager to join our pre-opening team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position will be responsible for managing the property’s credit policies and procedures, overseeing accounts receivable, and ensuring effective collection, billing, and financial risk management in accordance with Four Seasons standards and established internal controls.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the property’s credit policies and procedures, reviewing credit applications and establishing appropriate credit limits and payment terms for clients and corporate accounts.
- Oversee accounts receivable, billing, and collection processes, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances and minimizing overdue accounts.
- Review daily credit and accounts receivable reports, identifying discrepancies, risks, and items requiring immediate follow-up.
- Partner with Reservations, Sales, Events, Front Office, and other departments to ensure that credit agreements, deposits, billing instructions, and supporting documentation are properly managed.
- Prepare financial reports and aging analyses, support month-end closing activities, and ensure compliance with Four Seasons financial policies and internal controls.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, or Finance, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality operations.
- Strong knowledge of billing, collections, credit analysis, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Fluency in Spanish and functional English. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Opera, or similar financial and hotel systems is preferred.

Schedule & Working Hours:
- This is a full-time position.
- The primary schedule will be during regular business hours; however, flexibility is required based on operational needs, financial closing periods, pre-opening activities, and peak business demands.
