Your Role 

As a Graduate Robotics & AI Engineer, you will support the design, development and deployment of intelligent robotic solutions, contributing to projects that combine robotics, artificial intelligence and advanced digital technologies. 

You will: 

• Contribute to the development of innovative robotics and AI-driven solutions. 
• Support the creation of simulation environments and digital representations of real-world systems. 
• Help design and improve robotic perception, autonomy and decision-making capabilities. 

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Robotics, AI and Engineering.

• Participate in testing, validation and deployment activities.  

• Explore emerging technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives. 

• Work on real-world challenges that drive automation and operational excellence. 

• Continuously develop your technical and professional skills through hands-on project experience. 

Your Profile 

We are looking for curious, innovative and motivated final-year Master’s and PhD students, as well as recent graduates, who are passionate about Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies. 

Required Qualifications 

• Currently completing, or recently completed, a Master’s or PhD degree in one of the following fields: 

• Robotics Engineering 

• Computer Science / Computer Engineering 

• Electrical and Computer Engineering 

• Mechanical Engineering 

• Artificial Intelligence 

• Applied Mathematics 

• Or a related Engineering or Technology discipline 

Required Skills 

• Knowledge of Computer Vision, Deep Learning and Machine Learning techniques. 
• Exposure to deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch. 

• Programming experience with Python and/or C++. 

• Familiarity with Git, Docker and software engineering best practices. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work effectively in collaborative and multidisciplinary teams. 

• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, innovative environment. 

• Fluency in English. 

Nice to Have 

• Knowledge of robotics development frameworks such as ROS2. 

• Academic experience with simulation platforms such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo or MuJoCo.  

• Understanding of motion planning, robotic control and sensor fusion.  

• Knowledge of Digital Twins, 3D modelling or synthetic data generation.  

• Exposure to Reinforcement Learning concepts and applications.  

• Familiarity with emerging Robotics AI models and platforms such as OpenVLA, NVIDIA GR00T or π0.  

• Research experience gained through a Master’s thesis, PhD research, scientific publications or participation in research projects.  

• Hands-on experience gained through academic projects, internships, research activities, hackathons, robotics competitions or personal initiatives.  

• Interest in bridging cutting-edge research and industrial applications of Robotics and AI.  

• Interest in autonomous systems, intelligent robotics and industrial automation.  

• Familiarity with collaborative and agile ways of working.
