SAP BW Consultant - Bucharest, Westgate Park - Bldg H1 | Accenture Job

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW solutions and data models.
• Build, enhance, and optimize InfoProviders, DataSources, ETL processes, and data flows.
• Develop and support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Create and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using SAP BW and related reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, data quality, and data integrity.
• Ensure adherence to SAP BW development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across SAP, Data & Analytics, and Business Intelligence domains.
• Support migration and modernization initiatives, including transitions to SAP BW/4HANA where applicable.

• Proven experience working with SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, and/or SAP BW/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and SAP reporting concepts.
• Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting of SAP BW solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BusinessObjects is considered a plus.
