Technology Strategy Consultant - Riyadh, KAFD 3.09 | Accenture Job

Shape enterprise-wide technology transformation and help clients accelerate their digital core journey. As a key member of the Technology Strategy team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to define technology-enabled business strategies, design future-state operating models, and drive large-scale transformation initiatives. You will lead workstreams, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategic decisions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define technology strategies and digital core roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Assess current-state business and technology capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation, modernization, and value creation.
• Design and implement target operating models that enable organizational agility, scalability, and digital transformation.
• Develop business cases, value realization frameworks, and investment strategies for technology initiatives.
• Support cloud, enterprise architecture, operating model, and organizational transformation programs.
• Conduct market research and technology trend analysis to provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder discussions to align technology priorities with business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and functional teams to define future-state processes, governance structures, and operating frameworks.
• Drive technology transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation, ensuring measurable business outcomes and adoption.
• Contribute to proposal development, business development activities, and go-to-market initiatives within the Digital Core practice.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven years of experience in Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, IT Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, or Operating Model Design.
• Proven experience developing technology strategies, transformation roadmaps, and target operating models.
• Experience delivering technology-led business transformation programs across multiple industries.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including cloud, applications, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Experience conducting technology assessments, capability maturity assessments, and business case development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing client-facing workstreams and leading small to medium-sized consulting teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Technology Strategy Digital Core Transformation Enterprise Architecture IT Operating Model Design Cloud Strategy & Migration Technology Cost Optimization Technology Value Realization Business and Technology Case Development CIO Advisory Digital Operating Models
• Experience with leading technology platforms such as: SAP S/4HANA Microsoft Azure AWS Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Salesforce Oracle Cloud
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable: TOGAF AWS Solution Architect Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect SAP Certifications ITIL SAFe PMP
