Customer Contact Comms Analyst and SME with CZ/ENG - Prague, Visionary Bldg | Accenture Job

The Customer contact Analyst and SME is ensuring the contact with the team, client and other stakeholders in accordance with the business need.

Furthermore, HR System Specialist and SMEmay be requested to be involved in cross-training for other processes, off-cycle transactional activities or continuous improvement projects. Supporting system transitions.

Responsibilities include

• Support transition of new tools and systems – especially Service Now & WD, support new wave of working – Initial scope vs NewCO
• Responsible for day-to-day operations – queue overview
• Close work with Team Lead, SDL – e.g. validation of training plans (leverage his experience being a professional trainer)
• Payroll activities; Czech labor code specifics
• Completing continuous improvement projects
• Contact with client employees regarding HR-related queries
• Perform data look up as well as data entry in various HR administration & Payroll system
• Report creation and deep dive analysis
• Identify and drive of improvement opportunities within the team’s responsible areas (leverage experience, independent view)
• Focus on complex HR cases and analytics
• Focus on internal controls and assuring process adherence – first time accuracy (SOC1 – SOC5)

• Higher education required;
• Fluent level of Czech and English;
• HR field complex knowledge
• Strong computer skills (ability to learn and use various systems efficiently);
• Excellent client and customer focus;
• Professional communication skills.
