Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution of extensive and multifaceted technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires close collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The individual leads efforts to maintain high standards of service quality while controlling costs to drive project profitability. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support ongoing business growth and client satisfaction, coordinating across various teams to ensure seamless project progression and successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of technology projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse teams to align project objectives and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of human capital management processes and their integration within technology solutions.
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership to drive project success.
- Competence in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress and mitigate risks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
