Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing incidents, and coordinating with various teams to maintain system reliability and performance. The position demands proactive engagement in identifying potential issues and facilitating timely resolutions to support uninterrupted service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and service continuity.
- Assist in the documentation and improvement of operational processes and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting production environments using Splunk tools.
- Ability to analyze system logs and generate meaningful reports to support operational decisions.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting frameworks to ensure system health.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Capability to work with automation scripts and tools to streamline routine tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Splunk Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
