What would you do? • We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager Procure to Pay (P2P) to lead and continuously improve end to end P2P operations within our Shared Services organisation. This role combines people leadership, process ownership, stakeholder partnership, and strong governance to ensure high quality, compliant, and efficient P2P service delivery. • As an Associate Manager, you will lead P2P teams responsible for purchase order management, invoice processing, supplier queries, and payment support. You will act as a key partner to Procurement, Finance, and the wider business, while driving standardisation, performance improvement, and transformation initiatives • Hands on experience with ERP P2P systems such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Anaplan or similar.• • Deep understanding of end to end P2P processes and best practices.• • Strong people leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.• • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.• • Data driven decision maker with strong analytical skills.• • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to balance
What are we looking for? • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.• Professional finance or process certifications such as CIMA ACCA Lean Six Sigma are advantageous but not required.• Language• B2 English proficiency required.• Proficiency in other languages is a plus.• Experience• 12+ years of experience in Procure to Pay Accounts Payable or Shared Services finance operations.• Proven experience leading teams in a high volume SLA driven environment.• Strong background in controls driven environments such as SOX or equivalent.• Demonstrated experience• Continuous Improvement & Transformation • Lead or sponsor P2P continuous improvement initiatives including • Process standardisation and simplification • Automation and digitisation opportunities • Policy and procedure enhancements • Partner with Finance Transformation, IT, and Procurement on system changes, upgrades, and implementations. • Act as a change leader, driving adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Key Responsibilities • P2P Service Delivery & Process Ownership • Own and oversee end to end Procure to Pay operations including • Requisition to PO processing • Goods receipt and 2 way 3 way matching • Invoice processing and exception management • Supplier query resolution and payment support • Ensure services are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with SLAs, policies, and internal controls. • Take accountability for operational stability, backlog management, and issue resolution. • People Leadership & Team Management • Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and Analysts within the P2P function. • Set clear performance expectations and manage delivery against KPIs. • Build a high performing, engaged team culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Support workforce planning, capacity management, onboarding, and capability development. • Stakeholder & Supplier Management • Act as a senior operational partner to Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders. • Manage escalations and complex supplier issues, balancing service quality, compliance, and commercial considerations. • Support supplier enablement initiatives to improve PO compliance and invoice quality. • Controls, Risk & Compliance • Ensure robust execution of internal controls across the P2P process, including approvals, segregation of duties, and vendor master controls. • Maintain audit readiness and act as a key contact for internal and external audits. • Drive remediation of audit findings and control issues, ensuring sustainable fixes are embedded. • Promote a strong risk and compliance culture within P2P operations. • Performance Management & Reporting • Monitor and analyse P2P performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, exception rates, first pass yield, SLA adherence. • Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to Shared Services leadership.Any Graduation
