Visit us at www.accenture.com. • Assess end-to-end Sales Operations processes, establish performance baselines, identify friction and automation opportunities, and define transformation roadmaps. Lead process redesign, standardization, controls, technology enablement and continuous improvement across order management, quote-to-cash, pipeline, territory and quota planning. • In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management.• Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
What are we looking for? • Lead enterprise-wide GenAI transformation programs from strategy through deployment and value realization, driving delivery excellence, product innovation, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and measurable business impact.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead enterprise-scale Sales Operations transformation and continuous improvement initiatives from diagnostics through implementation. Translate business strategy into measurable operational outcomes and define solution roadmaps spanning operating model redesign, process standardization, controls, analytics, automation and digital enablement. Assess end-to-end workflows, establish baselines and identify root causes, bottlenecks, defects and automation opportunities using Lean Six Sigma methods. Design and improve order management, quote-to-cash, sales force automation, pipeline management, territory planning and quota planning processes. Shape scalable solutions using CRM, CPQ, RPA, analytics, AI and GenAI capabilities. Build business cases, define KPIs and track productivity, quality, cycle time, SLA and value realization. Manage program governance, financials, resources, timelines, risks, dependencies and executive reporting across multiple workstreams. Facilitate workshops, process mapping, solution design and stakeholder alignment with client and internal teams. Influence senior leaders, resolve escalations and support adoption through structured change management, communication, training and coaching. Lead cross-functional teams, maintain delivery quality and develop reusable transformation assets, methodologies and best practices.
