Leidos is seeking a Scrum Master to support a large-scale technical development program of more than 200 FTEs, focused on the Sponsor’s Attribute and Entitlement Services within the Identity and Access Management (IDAM/ICAM) domain. The Scrum Master is an integral part of a team of developers and cloud engineers that create new features for legacy applications as the sponsor’s mission continues to expand and evolve. The Scrum Master works closely with product owners, business analysts, and other teams to ensure business requirements are decomposed into technical solutions. Our work rhythm revolves around the Scrum agile framework to deliver incremental enhancements on a 3-week cycle. Team members actively participate in planning deliverables and grooming the Jira backlog. We rely on team collaboration to continually fine tune performance and ensure clear communication. The Scrum Master is a central figure in orchestrating these processes.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Typically requires BS degree and 12+ years of prior relevant, additional experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience working as a Scrum Master or Team Lead for a software development or similar technical team
- Experience using agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, VersionOne)
- Experience facilitating self-organizing teams to ensure each team is making progress against sprint commitments
- Experience working with the Product Owner(s) and customer to determine priorities for sprint planning
- Experience running test and deployment readiness reviews
- Experience with continuous improvement as part of the Retrospective process
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar agile project management certification (PMI-ACP)
- Prior experience as a JAVA/Python developer or tester

Pay Range:
Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
