Manager, Retail Brand Experience (TNF APAC) - ASIA > CHN > Shanghai > 688 Henderson Office | VFC Job

Principal Accountabilities:
Under general direction:* Manage all aspects of merchandise processing including shipment receiving, unpacking, and placement of product* Communicate with management to set priorities and manage the visual workload* Coordinate placement of new merchandise* Arrange the location and size of exposition of company products with employees of the sales point, and makes sure the arrangements are followed* Create and organize engaging displays* Supply promotional materials and presentation equipment to points of sale and is responsible for their correct installation and use* Regularly visits points of sale to inspect, maintain, or change the presentation of company products* Liaise with vendors to ensure the quality, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery of products
 

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field *Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria* Minimum of five years of related experience preferred* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Discipline expert, typically with a number of years post qualification experience or equivalent business experience* Integrates and communicates fairly complex information within the specialization or recognized body of formal knowledge* Knowledge of principles and practices within a professional discipline* Assess unusual circumstances, suggests variations in approaches, and incomplete or conflicting data
