Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contracts & Claims Manager, responsible for managing contractual compliance, claims administration, dispute resolution, and contract risk management across the terminal program.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Administer construction contracts and contractual correspondence.
• Manage claims, variations, and extension of time submissions.
• Conduct contractual risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Support dispute resolution and negotiations.
• Review contractual obligations, notices, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with legal, commercial, and project controls teams.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum 15 years of contracts and claims management experience on aviation projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and dispute resolution.
• Experience on airport or major infrastructure projects preferred.
• Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline.
