  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex business and technical challenges across multiple functions and the enterprise.
  • Drive large-scale, cross-system initiatives that improve customer experience, security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver innovative, long-term solutions requiring strategic thinking, creativity, and advanced analytical skills.
  • Influence product decisions through customer insights, data analytics, emerging technologies, and market trends.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, design, risk, and business teams to align on priorities and execution plans.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on significant digital transformation initiatives.
  • Establish success metrics and drive measurable business and customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader across digital product management and platform strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), authentication, authorization, entitlement management, or other platform-based products.
  • Hands-on experience applying data analytics, AI, and machine learning concepts to product strategy and customer solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in RBAC/PBAC/ABAC
  • Strong understanding of customer-managed access models, role-based access control (RBAC), permissions, and administrative experiences.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in discussions related to APIs, integrations, platform architecture, and technical trade-offs.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing platform strategies and large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading product strategy across complex, interconnected systems, platforms, and customer journeys.
  • Demonstrated success influencing executive leadership and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of platform architecture, system modernization, cloud technologies, and integration patterns.
  • Experience improving customer and user experiences across fragmented or multi-platform ecosystems.
  • Expertise in digital product management, service design, Agile methodologies, and modern product delivery practices.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Job Expectations:

  • Operate as a system-level thinker, connecting decisions across products, platforms, customer journeys, and business objectives.
  • Own product outcomes from opportunity identification through execution, adoption, and continuous optimization.
  • Drive product prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and experience gaps throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Apply end-to-end product thinking to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive customer experiences.
  • Lead platform modernization efforts that improve usability, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate expertise in customer-managed access models, including role-based access, permissions, entitlements, and administrative controls.
  • Create clarity, structure, and alignment in highly complex and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Lead through influence while building strong partnerships across engineering, design, business, architecture, and executive leadership teams.
  • Balance long-term strategic investments with immediate business and delivery commitments.
  • Partner closely with technical teams to define and deliver platform capabilities that support growth, security, and scalability.
  • Leverage customer insights, product analytics, and market trends to drive product decisions and roadmap priorities.
  • Establish and monitor product success metrics to ensure delivery of measurable business and customer value.
