Entry-Level Business Development Representative
Location: Plano, TX (On-site | 4 days a week - 1 day remote)

You’ll gain hands-on sales experience, learn from industry pros, and start building your career in a growing global company.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to potential customers (via phone, email, and digital channels) and start conversations that create opportunities
• Qualify leads by learning about customer needs and pain points — we’ll train you on what to look for
• Collaborate with Sales team members to turn leads into real sales opportunities
• Track and manage your pipeline using Salesforce CRM
• Learn how to pitch, persuade, and close — and get better every week

Required Experience & Skills

You don’t need years of experience — just the right mindset and a few essentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems — or willingness to learn (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Highly organized with great time management skills
• Positive attitude, a self-starter, and eager to grow professionally in a tech-focused sales role
• Must be able to work in the Plano office, 4 days a week and remote 1 day a week

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position in all geographic locations is $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 annually. Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills and education. The compensation package also includes eligibility for an incentive plan and comprehensive benefits, subject to applicable requirements.
