ROLE SCOPE

This role supports the Products industry portfolio, which includes Consumer Goods, Retail and Travel (CGRT), Industrial and Life Sciences. This sits within the Industry & Enterprise Marketing & Communications team, helping to deliver both core run-the-business activity and priority marketing programs. The scope spans content development, executive positioning, digital presence, industry research, performance tracking, and day-to-day operational support. The role requires a versatile marketer who can manage multiple workstreams, collaborate effectively across stakeholders, and translate insights into high-quality execution. It also plays an important part in enabling program activation across channels and markets with rigor, speed, and consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•       Drive/Support “run the business” related activities for Products industries (Consumer Goods, Retail and Travel (CGRT), Industrial and Life Sciences), e.g,, Industry Analyst Relation responses and briefings, client stories identification, internal RP M+C updates, baseline materials, ARC updates

•       Conduct industry/area research and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations

•       Support planning phase for prioritized programs e.g., event business case, program brief for Synops

•       Drive ongoing maintenance and updates of a.com core pages, incl. optimizing for LLMs

•       Lead/Support executive positioning activities e.g., social

•       Perform operational activities: MMS/ROI tracking, budget tracking, PO tracking

•       Facilitate activation enablement across Markets/MUs and CRM, with the hub if prioritized programs related

•       Support team governance related activities, as well as Reinvention Partner performance measurement and reporting

•       (May) Manage agency and vendor relationships; brief and review creative deliverables

•       (May) Guide and coach more junior team members on day-to-day execution

•       (May) Support onsite event delivery

 

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: 

• 4-10+ years of marketing experience.

• Pro-activeness and autonomy; self-starter; rigor in execution

• Stakeholder management; ability to influence without authority

• Data proficiency, foundations of data analysis

• Fast learner, willing to be coached and progress

• Proficiency in Accenture tools and platform; regular user of Accenture approved AI tools

• Broad marketing channel experience (events, social, a.com)

• Strong written communication and storytelling

• Project management; ability to prioritize competing workstreams

• Industry/area and commercial acumen across portfolio industries
