Summary:
In the role of Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and responsible use. This position requires guiding projects to ensure alignment with established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The role includes fostering collaboration across various teams to promote the adoption of responsible AI practices and providing leadership to drive innovation while maintaining accountability. The individual will actively engage in strategic planning and decision-making to support the organization s commitment to ethical AI deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical AI principles into project workflows and organizational practices.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure transparency in AI development.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and skills related to responsible AI methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based AI platforms and their deployment in enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing AI systems that comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Ability to implement AI governance frameworks and risk management strategies.
- Familiarity with AI model interpretability, fairness, and transparency techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
