Looking for an experienced Performance Media Manager to join our Marketing team, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement and growth across our Clothing and Home categories.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has a deep understanding of performance marketing channels and best practice, and enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, planning and delivery of performance media campaigns across both Clothing and Home.
  • Manage and develop one direct report, supporting their growth and delivery.
  • Work closely with external media agencies to brief, optimise and review channel performance, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across brand, trading, e-commerce, creative and analytics to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Use data and insights to inform audience targeting, media planning and optimisation strategies across performance channels.
  • Complete weekly reporting on campaign performance, analyse KPIs and make recommendations to improve future activity.
  • Lead test-and-learn roadmaps to improve campaign efficiency, effectiveness and commercial return.
  • Partner with agency teams to monitor performance media KPIs and extract actionable insights.
  • Champion customer-first thinking and ensure all activity aligns with wider brand strategy and commercial goals.

Ideal Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel performance media programmes, particularly Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates, within a retail or e-commerce environment. Experience in Fashion or Home is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong agency management experience across media and technology partners.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Confident using performance and customer data to influence decision-making and stakeholder conversations.
  • Comfortable building relationships and working with cross-functional teams including trading, e-commerce, brand and analytics.
  • Line management experience with the ability to support and develop a team.
  • Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
  • Previous experience managing multi-million-pound performance media budgets
