The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Guest Experience Intern to join our talented team in Summer 2027!

About the Internship 

Department: Front Office  

Approximate Service Dates: May 2027 – August 2027 

Scheduled hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Eight-to-Ten hour shifts – scheduled days and times may vary based on need; open availability required Monday-Sunday 

 

What you will do 

Basic Purpose: The Guest Experience Intern will respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and preferences and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and driving our Guest Experience Score while adhering to our Four Seasons standards and complying with all Four Season's policies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assists customers with all inquiries in person, digitally or on the phone in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, off-site arrangements and activities. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner 

• Assist with the set-up, take down and execution of all Kids For All Seasons activations. Monitor supplies and takes the lead in hosting activations and engaging with children and families 

• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact 

• Utilize a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made, generating accurate guest itineraries and to ensure proper billing 

• Organize and deliver special amenities, assist in set-up of special in-room surprise and delight elements like children's tents, books, food & beverage items etc. 

 

 

What you bring 

• A minimum three months of working experience in hospitality or customer service industry preferred 

• Educational studies toward a degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language 

• Working knowledge of and ability to operate technology and computer systems 

• A genuine passion for hospitality and desire to be the best!
