Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental management systems across all terminal construction activities.

The role promotes a proactive safety culture while ensuring compliance with local regulations, airport operational requirements, and international best practices.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and ensure proper implementation of project-wide HSE policies, procedures, and audit programs.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Monitor contractor compliance with approved HSE plans and risk assessments.
• Lead toolbox talks, training sessions, and safety awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Ensure environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability practices.
• Prepare HSE reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Minimum 15 years of HSE management experience on major aviation projects.
• Strong knowledge of KSA HSE regulations and international standards.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Safety.
