Experience leading delivery teams, overseeing multiple engagements, building team capability, and driving technical excellence in a Google Cloud domain.Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related fieldJob Summary:We are looking for a Google Platform Practice Lead to own the platform practice and offshore delivery execution for this domain within Accenture Google Business Group. This role is accountable for delivery quality, technical excellence, people leadership, and practice maturity across platform-related work. The Platform Practice includes cloud foundations, platform engineering, infrastructure modernization, and application modernization on Google Cloud. The Practice Lead works closely with delivery leads, offering teams, and sales/alliance teams to support pursuits and delivery readiness, while building reusable assets, strengthening team capability, and keeping the practice current with evolving Google Cloud services and engineering patterns.Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the Google Platform practice, owning delivery execution, technical quality, workforce readiness, and overall practice maturity. Oversee delivery and manage capacity across engagements in the practice, guiding delivery leads and teams to ensure quality, consistency, risk management, and strong technical outcomes. Act as the domain expert for platform services, providing technical guidance internally and, where needed, advising clients on leading practices and delivery approaches. Partner with offering, sales, and alliance teams to support pursuits, proposals, and smooth transition from sell to deliver. Build and grow a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, capability development, certification enablement, and performance management. Drive reusable assets, standards, and best practices across example areas such as landing zones, networking, security, platform engineering, GKE, Cloud Run, Apigee, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.Professional & Technical Skills: 12+ years in technology delivery, engineering, or practice leadership roles, with experience leading teams and delivery outcomes. 5+ years of Google Cloud experience with strong depth across example platform areas such as cloud foundations, networking, security, platform engineering, GKE, Cloud Run, Apigee, CI/CD, and modernization. Proven experience leading delivery teams, mentoring talent, improving standards, and supporting pursuits or proposals. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical depth into practical delivery guidance.Bonus points if you have: Google Cloud Professional certifications (e.g. Cloud Architect, Cloud Network Engineer, Cloud Developer) Deep expertise with hybrid or multi-cloud delivery patterns and experience with large cloud migrations
