Role Purpose

Join Accenture's Management Consulting practice as a retail, consumer goods or travel industry, where you will help organizations shape and accelerate their customer and industry-led transformation agendas. Working at the intersection of business strategy, industry innovation and business/ enterprise architecture, you will advise senior stakeholders on customer and industry led strategies, industry operating models, technology investments, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who combines deep retail, consumer goods or travel expertise with strong enterprise and business architecture capabilities and a proven ability to identify, shape, and grow strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams, solving priority business challenges across growth, customer experience, commercial effectiveness, operations, and transformation execution.
• Translate strategic objectives into structured initiatives, actionable plans, and business capability improvements across retail, consumer goods, and travel organizations.
• Assess current-state business models, processes, and organizational capabilities to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and transformation priorities.
• Facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders to align on issues, define solution options, and support decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Develop clear, insight-led deliverables including assessments, recommendations, roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Support opportunity development and client account growth through industry insights, problem shaping, proposal contributions, and participation in strategic sales discussions.
• Coach and collaborate with team members across levels to deliver high-quality work, manage priorities effectively, and foster a strong team culture.

Minimum Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Experience working with top consulting firms is a big plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• 3 to 5 years (Consultant), 6 to 9 years (Manager) 10 to 15 years (Senior Manager) of consulting, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or industry advisory experience.

• Proven experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation roles, with strong exposure to retail, consumer goods, or travel industry clients.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop clear recommendations, and translate insights into actionable transformation plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
