Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with French - Bucharest, Westgate Park - Bldg H1 | Accenture Job

Join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment services while partnering closely with stakeholders and client teams. This role combines senior-level recruiting expertise with strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management responsibilities.

Job location: Bucharest and/or Brasov | Hybrid | Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00

Your mission:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing to offer management;
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and client teams, providing guidance on recruiting strategies and market insights;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure an excellent recruitment experience;
• Drive effective communication and collaboration across multiple parties throughout the hiring process;
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and timely delivery of recruitment activities.

Required Qualifications:

• French - B2 level & English - B2 level;
• Bachelor’s degree;
• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an end-to-end recruitment environment;
• Experience managing relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and client-facing teams;
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience providing recruitment guidance and consultation to business stakeholders;

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an international or shared services environment;
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends;
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
