Execution & Governance Enablement Lead

Description -

Job Summary
• Applies advanced subject matter expertise in business operations, governance, organizational effectiveness, and transformation enablement to support strategic marketing priorities and ensure operational continuity. Acts as a trusted advisor and expert in establishing management systems, operating rhythms, risk management processes, and business readiness mechanisms that enable successful execution of Marketing Transformation Office (MTO) objectives.

Works on highly complex business problems requiring evaluation of multiple interdependent factors, competing priorities, organizational risks, and operational constraints. Leads initiatives that improve visibility, accountability, preparedness, compliance, and execution excellence across the organization. Frequently develops new methods, governance frameworks, and operational tools that enable leadership decision-making and business continuity.

Exercises significant independent judgment in identifying risks, prioritizing actions, defining mitigation strategies, improving business processes, and driving operational readiness. Serves as a subject matter expert providing direction and guidance on business contingency planning, governance, action management, executive operating rhythms, access compliance, and organizational readiness.

Leads cross-functional coordination efforts and influences stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure alignment, proactive issue management, and successful delivery of key business priorities.



Responsibilities
• Leads the development, maintenance, and execution of Business Continuity and Business Contingency Plans to ensure uninterrupted execution of CMCAO priorities during exceptional circumstances or business disruptions.

• Establishes proactive risk identification and mitigation frameworks that provide leadership visibility into emerging risks, dependencies, and opportunities that may impact business objectives.

• Owns and continuously improves enterprise action management processes, including Action Item Trackers, governance reviews, escalation mechanisms, and leadership reporting.

• Designs, implements, and facilitates executive operating rhythms, including staff meetings, leadership reviews, and follow-up processes that ensure accountability and progress against strategic priorities.

• Develops governance processes that support decision-making, execution tracking, and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.

• Maintains oversight of organizational access requirements, system permissions, training compliance, and readiness activities necessary to enable business execution.

• Manages PUAR and training governance processes, ensuring team members maintain required certifications, access rights, and learning requirements aligned with business needs.

• Develops and manages operational tools and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into organizational readiness, outstanding actions, business risks, and strategic commitments.

• Drives preparation, tracking, communications, and execution support for leadership forums, business reviews, transformation events, and organizational milestones.

• Oversees calendar management processes and business event readiness tools that ensure appropriate preparation, timely follow-up, and execution excellence across key organizational engagements.

• Partners closely with senior leaders to identify operational gaps, remove friction, simplify processes, and improve organizational effectiveness.

• Creates scalable governance models, documentation standards, and best practices that improve transparency, accountability, and execution across transformation initiatives.

• Leads complex cross-functional initiatives requiring coordination across multiple functions, stakeholders, and external partners.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field.
