About Rural Credit
Rural Lending is a part of Retail Credit and caters to all financial needs of the Rural Clientele including Farming community, Farm Mechanization ie Tractor & Harvestor, Traders & Processors mostly based out of Rural & Semi Urban areas along with the credit needs of the industries dependent on the Agriculture /allied activities and MSME businesses based in rural areas, and Micro Finance, which is Lending to economically active poor Women under Joint Liability Group.
About the Role
The Area Process Manager manages monitoring inspections for assigned MFI branches and responsible for managing 4-5 Process Executives who would be visiting branches and the customers independently to ensure check on process adherence. Area Process Manager is responsible for conducting monitoring inspections & reporting identified process gaps to respective Business team in order to maintain quality portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
•    Conducting monitoring inspections & Monitoring Process Executive visits as per the approved monthly calendar 
•    Classify the observations as per the risk category & reporting it to respective business team 
•    Follow up with Business team for Compliance Feedback
•    Conducting triggered based inspections basis the recommendation from Process Hub/Business team 
•    Training Process Executives on policy changes & new developments
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
•    Graduation/ Post- Graduation from a recognized institute
•    Experience in conducting branch Audit/Risk/Process Monitoring inspections
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:
•    Knowledge of Microfinance Product & Policy guidelines 
•    Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
•    Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
•    Ability to do frequent travel & Report preparation
