- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business value and operational excellence.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

Additional Information:
