Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role requires acting as the central liaison for various stakeholders, coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to drive project success and deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align software design with business objectives and technical standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
