About this role:
The Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Chief Product Office (CPO) is seeking a Lead Product Manager to serve as the Platform Reliability and Incident Management lead for the firm's advisory, trading, portfolio management, and client-facing platforms. This senior individual contributor role will establish and lead the operational reliability framework across critical wealth management platforms, serving as the business authority during major production incidents and driving end-to-end incident management, root cause remediation, and platform resiliency efforts. Responsibilities include governance of incident management processes, executive stakeholder communications during critical events, platform health reporting, resiliency testing, and oversight of corrective action execution. This position supports ongoing efforts to improve platform reliability, operational resilience, regulatory readiness, client experience, and risk management across the WIM product portfolio.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end incident management lifecycle, serving as the incident commander during high-severity production events and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution, recovery, and stakeholder communications
- Establish and govern incident management processes, including escalation protocols, severity classifications, executive communications, and reporting
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve platform stability, reduce operational risk, and strengthen resilience
- Develop and monitor platform reliability metrics, trends, risks, and remediation progress to provide executive visibility into platform health
- Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and third-party vendors to improve platform reliability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness
- Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize remediation efforts and deliver reliability and resiliency outcomes without direct reporting authority
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in platform reliability, incident management, production support, operational resilience, or related disciplines supporting critical business platforms
- Experience leading high-severity production incidents and coordinating cross-functional response, recovery, and remediation efforts
- Experience providing executive communications during major incidents and translating technical issues into business, client, operational, and risk impacts
- Experience establishing reliability objectives, resiliency practices, disaster recovery testing, or operational readiness programs for critical business platforms
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and vendor organizations without direct reporting authority
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments
