  • Partner with Technology, Data, Risk, and Control teams to evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities that improve efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and scalability.
  • Review and analyze complex product capabilities and services, balancing advisor impact, financial accuracy, scalability, operational needs, and control effectiveness.
  • Manage product backlogs, requirements, milestones, risks, and dependencies to help ensure timely delivery and readiness for field adoption.
  • Support risk management and control activities by embedding governance, compliance, auditability, and regulatory requirements into product design and delivery, including the responsible use of AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Drive opportunities to modernize and simplify compensation processes, using AI, automation, and data-driven insights where appropriate to reduce manual work, improve transparency, and enable scalable growth.
  • Help integrate AI-enabled solutions into existing workflows, including adoption planning, performance measurement, and ongoing evaluation of business value.
  • Use key business and advisor metrics to measure product performance, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
  • Resolve complex product and delivery issues in partnership with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams.
  • Lead projects or workstreams and provide guidance or mentorship to less experienced product team members.
  • Prepare clear executive updates, recommendations, and decision materials related to product strategy, delivery progress, risks, tradeoffs, and AI-enabled modernization opportunities.
