In this role, you will:
- Exercise independent judgment to handle low to moderately complex profit and loss (P&L) initiatives related to business product and customer performance, marketing outcomes, or operational efficiency while demonstrating ownership of deliverables to support ideation, design, execution, and measurement
- Contribute to business cases across multiple domains including marketing acquisition, credit risk, and analytics by translating product and customer growth strategy into clear analysis plans and by evaluating credit risk, operational impacts, and return on investment trade-offs
- Frame low to moderately complex business problems, combining product and customer insights, and develop recommendations based on data modeling using hypothesis-driven approaches
- Build queries, models, and dashboards to analyze and display data for decision discussions
- Develop an understanding of how product variables and features impact customer conversion and go-to-market
- Monitor post-launch performance and identify and document emerging risks by analyzing performance data, customer behavior, and marketing results
- Collaborate and consult with a variety of stakeholders including marketing acquisition, finance, analytics, risk, product delivery, technology, and operations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of business analysis, strategy, product, marketing, finance, credit risk, or related analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, business analysis, and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations.
- Experience analyzing credit cards, consumer lending, payments, banking, fintech, or financial services portfolios to identify trends, risks, growth opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Experience leveraging SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to extract, analyze, model, visualize, and communicate data-driven insights.
- Demonstrated ability to apply strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making to improve customer, portfolio, product, and business outcomes.
- Knowledge of customer acquisition, engagement, retention, portfolio management, credit risk, fraud, marketing analytics, or related cards business functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop business cases, present findings, tell compelling data-driven stories, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience conducting customer, market, competitive, and portfolio analysis to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and measurable business results.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Consulting, strategy, business transformation, or financial services analytics experience preferred.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.$77,000.00 - $133,000.00
