Support the People & Culture team in recruiting, onboarding, training and developing the employees of the hotel. You will help in preparing offer letters and labor related documents pertinent to each role. You will assist in the office supplies and collaterals, processing orders and any administrative work on the People and Culture platform Workday.
You will assist in coordinating onsite training and orientations, in organizing employee related events and initiatives, help in screening and in responding to applications, checking references and processing new hire paperwork. You will represent together with the Team the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in the hotel.
What you will do
Administrative tasks:
Management of Time Sheets (employeeattendancesheets)
Creation of new employee files on ADP and Workday
Creation and distribution of NameTag and badge cards to new employees
Talent Acquisition missions:
Participation in recruitment and collaboration withdepartment managers
Take candidate references and validate candidates
Creation of content to promoteour job offers
Four Seasons For Good missions:
Setting up events and activities to promote the Four Seasons Group's ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and DIB (Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging) policies.

What we are looking for
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
What we offer
6 months internship position starting from February 2027
39-hour per week internship agreement
