Take the family for a ride on an outrigger canoe, splash around in the turquoise waters of our white-sand beach, play a round of golf as you weave through waterfalls at Ko Olina Golf Club, or spend the day reconnecting with your inner self at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre.Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Full-Time Server La Hiki who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.
The Server - La Hiki reports to the Restaurant General Manager while providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
What you will do:
Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments;
Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
What you bring:
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years Food and Beverage experience
Ability to carry and balance a tray (up to 40lbs)
Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
