Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands continuous alignment of project outcomes with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and high-performing software solutions. The lead actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality.

Role: Database Developer responsible for building and managing banking data solutions with automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps within a global banking technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles, data modeling, and normalization techniques.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database queries and structures.
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and data security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues in a timely manner.
- Understanding of database scalability and high availability solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Database Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
