Summary:
In the role of a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This position requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts to ensure that solutions meet the required specifications. The role includes overseeing the progress of application development, addressing challenges as they arise, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to promote understanding and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of cost controlling and profitability analysis within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP CO and other SAP modules such as FI and MM.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP CO functionalities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
