- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software capabilities and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active ProActive Technology.
- Strong expertise in software design principles and development lifecycle management.
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system integration and performance optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Manhattan Active ProActive Technology.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
