The Graphic & Visual Design Analyst provides design support for sales pursuits, proposals, RFx responses, presentations, and client-facing deliverables. This role transforms complex business and technical information into clear visual communications using presentation design, graphic design, and digital design tools. The position collaborates withSolutionAdvisors,salesteams,andstakeholderstocreatehigh-quality,brand-compliantdeliverableswhilemanagingmultipledeadlinesinafast-pacedenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities
- Designandenhancevisualassetsforproposals,RFxresponses,presentations,andclientdeliverablesacrossdigitalandprintformats.
- Convertcomplexbusiness,consulting,andtechnicalcontentintovisualcommunications,including:
- Infographics
- Chartsanddatavisualizations
- Illustrations
- Presentationlayouts
- Executive-levelpresentations
- Createdigitalconcepts,layouts,prototypes,anduser-facingdesignassetsusingFigma.
- CollaboratewithSolutionAdvisors,designers,pursuitteams,andbusinessstakeholderstogatherrequirementsanddefinevisualapproachesthatsupportsalesobjectives.
- EnsurealldeliverablescomplywithAccenturebrandstandards,approvedtemplates,clientrequirements,andqualityexpectations.
- Conductdesignqualityreviews,including:
- Layoutandformattingaccuracy
- Typographyandvisualhierarchy
- Brandconsistency
- Presentationreadiness
- Overallclient-facingquality
- Incorporatefeedbackandcompleterevisioncycleswithinpursuitdeadlines.
- Managemultipleconcurrentprojectswhilemeetingestablishedtimelinesandqualitystandards.
- Contributetothedevelopmentofreusabledesignassets,templates,qualityframeworks,andprocessimprovements.
- Staycurrentwithdesignbestpractices,collaborationtools,emergingtechnologies,andAI-assisteddesignworkflows.
RequiredSkills/Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor'sdegreeinGraphicDesign,VisualCommunication,orarelatedfield.
- Equivalentcombinationofeducationandrelevantprofessionaldesignexperiencemaybeconsidered.
