Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Engineer with 8-12 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications and data-driven solutions.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python development, system design, API development, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices.
- The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, solution design, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and coding standards within the team to maintain high-quality software development.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to optimize performance and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks and agile software development methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Core Technical Skills : Strong hands-on experience with Python 3.x
- Expertise in: REST API development Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Design Patterns Multithreading and Asynchronous Programming
- Unit Testing and Test Automation Database & Data Technologies SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL) Data modeling and query optimization Cloud & DevOps Experience AWS cloud platform

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
