You Are:
A hands-on data delivery lead with deep life insurance and annuities experience, strong ALIP data knowledge, and the ability to guide clients through staging, mapping, reporting enablement, downstream integrations, and data consumption patterns.
You will serve as a subject matter expert for ALIP Staging and related data capabilities, helping clients and delivery teams maximize the value of ALIP data assets while ensuring efficient, scalable delivery across implementations and strategic programs.
The Work:
Serve as the primary SME for ALIP Staging and related data capabilities.
Advise clients and delivery teams on staging entities, data structures, business definitions, and consumption approaches.
Lead client workshops and support solution discussions, demonstrations, and architecture reviews.
Lead data discovery, analysis, and source-to-target mapping activities.
Translate business requirements into detailed mapping specifications and data solutions
Support client implementations through analysis, design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Drive resolution of data gaps, transformation requirements, and reporting needs.
Support integration of ALIP data with data warehouses, data lakes, reporting platforms, CRM systems, finance systems, and other enterprise applications.
Develop reusable mapping patterns, accelerators, and implementation best practices.
Support reporting, analytics, conversion, and data migration initiatives.
Capture recurring client requirements and implementation challenges, and recommend enhancements to ALIP Staging, documentation, and data assets.
Contribute to improvement of data dictionaries, implementation guides, and delivery accelerators.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 7 years of Life Insurance and Annuities experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, or Data Delivery.
Minimum 3 years of experience with source-to-target mappings, data transformations, and enterprise reporting solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Professional skills requirements:
Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and client-facing delivery.
Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus Points If:
You have knowledge of policy administration systems and insurance business processes.
You have experience supporting conversions, downstream integrations, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
You have experience improving data dictionaries, implementation guides, mapping accelerators, and other reusable delivery assets.
You can operate comfortably across client delivery, product feedback, architecture discussions, and hands-on data analysis.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
