Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented SH&E Director to join our team in Riyadh! In this role you will get to showcase your skillset to it's fullest extent.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide strategic safety leadership and risk-based guidance to the Senior Leadership Team, supporting informed decision-making and organizational safety objectives.

  • Develop, implemented, and maintained safety management processes that established clear accountability across all levels of the organization.

  • Design and strengthened governance frameworks to improve cross-functional integration, enhance operational alignment, and address identified procedural and operational gaps.

  • Responsible for providing strategic Health, Safety, and Wellbeing leadership across programme delivery, with a strong emphasis on visible leadership, technology and innovation adoption, welfare standards, and supervisor competency.

    Serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, supporting the safe, effective, and reliable transfer of programme activities.

    Key responsibilities include, strengthening foundational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing systems across multiple delivery partners through the implementation of simplified, practical, and sustainable frameworks that improved operational discipline and delivery performance.

    The role also involved developing targeted safety interventions, delivering strategic risk insights, and advising senior leadership on matters relating to safety performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Safety or Related field.

  • Experience: A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in HSE leadership, with a significant portion spent managing large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • A dynamic and hands on senior, experienced HSE Professional with the ability to liaise with all levels of Project Management personnel

  • Experience in a large scale construction project from early works through to commissioning and handover.
