Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain service reliability and swiftly resolve any disruptions that may impact business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and enhance overall system performance.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent service interruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement and inventory management processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Materials Management modules.
- Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to diagnose root causes effectively.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules or external systems.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
