As a Healthcare Senior Manager, you are responsible for growing GN Health into a market-facing healthcare consulting capability. You shape growth strategy, originate and convert opportunities, build differentiated capabilities, develop future leaders, and establish operating mechanisms that enable scalable consulting delivery across healthcare payer, government programs, provider, platform transformation, and AI-enabled healthcare services.
You translate delivery experience into reusable intellectual property, frameworks, playbooks, points of view, and market offerings that accelerate growth across accounts and geographies. Success is measured by capability built, pipeline generated, people developed, and business outcomes achieved.
Growth Strategy & Practice Leadership
Define and execute capability growth strategy aligned to market demand
Identify emerging healthcare trends and develop differentiated offerings
Build healthcare consulting assets, frameworks, methodologies, and accelerators
Establish operating mechanisms that support sustainable growth
Business Development & Commercial Leadership
Originate and shape opportunities across healthcare accounts
Lead pursuits, proposals, pricing discussions, and solution development
Develop client relationships that generate repeat business and account expansion
Partner with account teams to grow pipeline and revenue
Executive Client Advisory
Serve as trusted advisor to executive client stakeholders
Facilitate strategy workshops, governance meetings, and steering committees
Translate complex healthcare challenges into executable transformation plans
Drive alignment between business goals and technology-enabled solutions
Talent Development & Succession
Develop future managers and consulting leaders
Guide hiring decisions, workforce planning, and capability development
Coach teams on structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication
Establish succession plans for key practice leadership roles
Delivery Governance & Quality Oversight
Provide executive oversight for delivery programs
Monitor quality, risks, financials, and stakeholder satisfaction
Support escalation management and critical client decisions
Ensure healthcare regulatory and compliance considerations are addressed
Cross-Market Collaboration
Build relationships across North America, EMEA, Japan, APAC, and Growth Markets
Position GN Health capabilities to support broader market priorities
Identify opportunities for capability export and cross-market collaboration

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10-15 years of healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, healthcare technology, or related industry experience
Minimum 5 years leading complex healthcare transformation programs or consulting engagements
Proven experience originating, shaping, and influencing business development opportunities
Experience building or scaling a capability, offering, practice, or operating model
Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and client relationships
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across geographies
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop executive-level materials, POVs, proposals, and strategic recommendations
Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to create opportunities rather than rely on assigned work
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, MHA, MPH, or Master's degree
Experience in Payer, Provider, and Care and Clinical Quality
Experience in healthcare provider transformation, digital health, platform transformation, or AI-enabled healthcare operations
Exposure to AI, analytics, data strategy, and Generative AI use cases
Experience working across North America, APAC, EMEA, or global delivery models
Recognized thought leadership through publications, speaker sessions, client assets, or market-facing contributions
