• Support the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs.

• Develop creative strategies, methodologies, and tools to enhance program implementation.

• Set direction for defining components of change strategy, including organizational architecture and change journey.

• Research and prepare communications materials to address key business issues.

• Provide recommendations on effective approaches to business challenges.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Master proficiency in Communications and Media.

• A minimum of 2 of experience in relevant related skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
