We are actively seeking Targeting Officers, at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph, to support the customer by providing guidance on intelligence collection and directing the dissemination of key information. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.

Basic Qualifications:

• All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.

• Typically requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.

• Demonstrated proficiency in the functions of a Reports Officer

• Experience related to intelligence reporting and requirements work

• Ability to plan and organize tasks independently

• Exercise sound operational judgment

• Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to develop and implement solutions to reporting gaps
