Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.- Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications.- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.- Familiarity with data migration and system upgrade processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- This position is based at our Manila office.
