Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with various systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of configuration and integration processes within packaged or cloud-based financial solutions.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and ensuring platform stability and performance.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that align with business and vendor requirements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and providing effective solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
