The increasing income diversification, evolution of the tech stack, various government schemes to improve livelihoods, and integrating the country via roads and the internet have provided strong tailwinds to the rural and semi urban (RUSU) or �Bharat� markets.�

To better capitalize on the growth runway and �open the world of possibilities� for the Bharat customer, the bank has set up a separate �Bharat Bank� vertical. It is an amalgamation of products and geography, handling certain core products across the country and all the products in the RUSU branches.

The objective is to accelerate the growth journey by expanding distribution reach via branches, partnerships, and digital presence, creating tailored products and processes, and using the One Axis strategy to harness synergies in all parts of the Bank to deliver to the Bharat customer.

The Bank also continues to focus on growing the book profitably by enhancing productivity, improving operational efficiency to reduce cost, and containing risk by leveraging technology such as AI and ML & rigorous portfolio monitoring

Product Manager is a part of team responsible for setting up and scaling the vertical for Nano Business loan product.

Product Manager is responsible for product life cycle management, portfolio management, incentive planning, audits, tracking of various business MIS, operational efficiencies, and amendment changes on policies.��������������������������� ���������������������

�         Responsible for product life cycle management,

�         Development/Modification of product/policy for Nano Business loan product after discussion with all relevant stakeholders

�         Manage all the activities and initiatives related to assigned product PAN India

�         Organize product trainings

�         Managing the P&L and portfolio health, book growth and desirable ROI

�         Coordinating with cross functional team like sales, verification, risk, credit, technology and operations teams

�         Undertake

�         Drive process compliance around product

�         Prepare product specific MIS on demand

�         Develop and analyze performance matrix for sales and verification team

�         Keeping a tab on latest developments in the industry and identify growth opportunities

�         Competition benchmarking for policy/process/portfolio and disbursement

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

�         Education Postgraduate from premier institute

�         �Experience 5-10 years� experience of product management in Bank or NBFC specially Small Ticket Lap, Affordable housing, Micro Business loan

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
