This credit analyst position will play a key role in supporting the Treasury team during a period of growth and opportunity. Success in this role requires strong credit analysis capabilities, risk management experience, and the ability to assess complex financial situations in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate Letters of Credit and Parent Guaranty documentation to ensure compliance with credit policies and international trade regulations.
  • Partner with internal finance and sales teams to support efficient and effective credit processes. Approve and release credit capacity for shipments based on the customer’s creditworthiness, projected accounts receivable balances, ensuring timely and risk-managed delivery of goods.
  • Resolve credit-related issues with customers while maintaining positive business relationships.
  • Monitor customer payment trends, aging reports, and overdue accounts to identify emerging credit risks and address them proactively.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university in Finance, Accounting, Economics (or equivalent experience).
  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in credit analysis and credit risk management, preferably within the high-tech industry.
  • Experience with large transactions and complex financial structures, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous process improvement.
  • An AI-focused mindset with an interest in automation and operational efficiency.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CBA).
  • Proficiency with credit risk management tools and financial systems including SAP.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and complex financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across all levels of the Company.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong ownership and a consistent focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of AI tools that enhance productivity, optimize outcomes and improve efficiency.
