Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for an Assistant Front Desk Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Assistant Front Desk Manager leads a shift of the Front Desk staff to assure that guests receive a five star check in and check out experience with us.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees of the Front Desk while ensuring guest satisfaction. Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Front Desk to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met: long-range strategic planning for outlet operation. College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management, two to three years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Rooms.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon or evening shifts, weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
-Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This will include any day of the week, all shifts, and holidays.
- High attention to detail and customer service skills
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
-Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
