Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a  Reservations and Communications agent who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities  

• Communicate with guests via chat apps and telephone
• Answer guest questions regarding resort offerings, hours and other aspects of their stay.

• Communicate all group activity with necessary people  

• Provide necessary information to other departments full and accurate information about groups  

• Assist reservations team with general task as needed, including transient reservations.  

• Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee.   

• Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation.

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Comprehensive computer and analytical skills. 

• Superior guest service and salesmanship skills. 

• Work well under pressure, multitasking and team player. 

• Detail oriented organizational skills and thinks strategically.
