The Role of Guest Services Agent
Reporting into the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for guest transport, greeting guests and assisting guests with their luggage during arrival and departure, managing errands including deliveries and collections from guest rooms during their stay, managing the transport of hotel packages and parcels, ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room, assisting guests at the Concierge Desk, and responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.
Our Ideal Guest Services Agent candidate will have
Guest Services and Luggage Porter experience in luxury hospitality operations, a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and an exceptional eye for detail.
We are looking for a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and who delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.
You must have fluency in English and Italian.
This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
